Usage scheme for this therapeutic set:

1. In the morning on an empty stomach, take 3 Reishi mushroom spore capsules

2. In the morning, one hour before breakfast, drip 5 drops of Nasal Drops NC-153 into each nostril

3. In the morning, one hour before breakfast, take 2 capsules of Centella Asiatica Extract

4. 20 minutes before breakfast, take 2 Andrographis Paniculata extract capsules together with 3 Curcuma Longa mixture capsules and together with 2 Curcuma Zanthorrhiza mixture capsules

5. 2 hours after breakfast, take 3 Thunbergia Laurifolia leaves mixture capsules

6. 1 hour before lunch, drip 5 drops of Nasal Drops NC-153 into each nostril

7. 20 minutes before lunch, take 3 Curcuma Longa mixture capsules and together with 2 Curcuma Zanthorrhiza mixture capsules

8. 2 hours after lunch, take 3 Thunbergia Laurifolia leaves mixture capsules

9. 1 hour before dinner, drip 5 drops of "Nasal Drops NC-153" into each nostril

10. 20 minutes before dinner, take 2 Andrographis Paniculata extract capsules together with 3 Curcuma Longa mixture capsules and together with 2 Curcuma Zanthorrhiza mixture capsules

11. 2 hours after dinner, take 3 Thunbergia Laurifolia leaves mixture capsules

12. Take 2 Centella Asiatica Extract capsules 1 hour before bedtime.

13. Just before bed, take 3 Curcuma Longa mixture capsules.
